Leslie Happi
My name is Leslie Happi, and I’m a certified life coach. Before creating Bridged Society, I spent several years working as a talent advisor for international companies such as Google and leading pharmaceutical firms. Through my work, I had the privilege of meeting incredibly driven and successful people. Yet behind their achievements, I often saw a quiet truth, many felt unfulfilled in their relationships and increasingly disconnected in their personal lives.
As a coach, I’ve spent years empowering women to take the lead in their relationships, to love boldly, communicate with confidence, and raise their standards. But over time, I realized something deeper: we’ve built so many spaces that separate the genders, women’s circles, men’s groups, yet so few where we truly come together, meet, and connect in a meaningful way.
That’s where the idea for Bridged Society was born, a space where men and women can rediscover the joy of authentic interaction, where connection feels natural, exciting, and real.
Because I’ve seen what happens when people thrive in their careers but forget how to nurture their hearts, creating spaces where connection feels effortless and authentic is not just what I do it’s my legacy.
